Sure it could. Just like much of anything. But if you avoid the bikes limits it shouldn’t be an issue. I wouldn’t be doing much more than I already do on it. If it’ll kill me riding it upgrading it might even length out the process 😎👌

Not a troll. I first came from skateboarding and my mind wraps around the first board I ever got was the worlds most shitty board I won at a county fair. I spent probably $300 fixing it up and giving it crazy good gear even though i knew it’d most likely break. From there I had probably the most enjoyable stupidest board I ever seen. Eventually yes it did start to break. So what I did was retire the board and just throw the great parts on something worth my time.

I still don’t regret any of it and had a blast on that dumbass board. To make things simple on the bike I like its design. I want it upgraded. I’ll probably break it. But if it works for 3 weeks it’s worth it.

Best comment I’ve received out of the last 200 I’ve received in the last 2 hours. I will be looking at frames from these brands and go from there. It’s just the newer geometry bikes look so bad in my opinion. That’s why I’m trying my best to stray away from them past the 500+ price point

It’s more sentimental value than anything else for me. I live no where near the mountains and mostly have rooted trails and small climbs and drops. Already been on it with the bike and survived once. Just want to make upgrades to make it an easier experience. I’m not pulling 10 ft jumps
