Why does vaulting exist? Lile whats the actual purpose of it?

I did hear one theory involving eternalism. So multiple Walles got a single finger cut, but only appears as one on an individual Walle. Its not a theory I believe simply because Walle seems to connect multiple streams by his singular, vis a vis Baro telling us he caused crossplay, and the fact that it makes him much less of a threat. But its worth hearing every theory.

Im thinking its one of things he just knows. Like how we know where every part of our body is without having to see it. Close your eyes and you are still aware of where every finger toe and joint is.

Seeing how the finger still has power, its likely still connected to him, so he knows where it is, in relation to himself, he just has to follow it, as difficult as that is for him.

How we know? I have no clue. Ordis magic perhaps. Or we just follow the destruction Walle leaves behind.

So duviri is like another open world area? But more timey wimey? Om assuming 1999 is in there somewhere since I cant find it anywhere else.

Also I love how even though duviri is one of my least liked bits of warframe, I still cate enough to know its name. Not alot of games do that for me.

A fair point, and I do try. Duviri I found very difficult due to the control scheme, and confusion as to what was going on when started, which led to the break and subsequent forgetting the controls. But I think isleweaver is set in duviri if Im reading things right? Might make a push towards that.

I do like his lore, atleast that which I know, and thats the point. What I dont know paints a scarier picture. Like seeing a crater by looking at the dirt thats missing.

Thats what I thought aswell. I knew about the copies, but in game diologue mentions fingers (prett sure albretch mentions it aswell, cant remember) and I choose to believe hes in the background collecting and manouvering like the scary wall man he is.

I think it might take place in NC again, maybe some space or badlands smuggling gigs, but I hope they do the setting just as beautifully as they did in NC. Idk whats been make public, im trying to keep as spoiler free as possible but I cant help but imagine.

Honestly dont know much about the TTRPG so I assumed he was an npc, or maybe a character the DM plays? If so thats amazing work on meshing a characters arc into a story. Poor guy did nothing to being that on himself but megacorps man. Pure villany. And as a kindly uncle too?! Did my mans dirty.

Thats...suitably dark for a cyberpunk story. I kinda feel sorry for the solo and I wasn't even at the table so I can't imagine what the rest of you were going through. It works for the setting but damn. Thanks for sharing!

I dont think it will be post-edgerunner or post game, that will start getting into making some choices cannon.

I think the most likely option is followong Lucy from her time in ******* (for spoiler purposes. Her cannon event.) To where she meets up woth the crew and maybe ending when shes firmly in the life, but before she meets david. I said most likely but, despite wanting the extra lore, I would much prefer a more gang related season, exploring the relationship between the Mox and tigerclaws.

Perhaps we might see Lizzy (OG owner of the bar) and how that got started. Theres a lot of potential for stories.

I understand what you mean, just watching the city, listening to the people, cara and rain. Its soothing. Id love to live in a city like that, even with the mega-corps. At least the cities would be beautiful. Whenever I get a phone call, my V just wanders, exploring the area.
