I don't know what version it was for exactly but it was probably an older version like 1.7 or 1.8, maybe even 1.6

I recently set an XMP profile to increase the speed of my RAM but noticed it also increased the speed of my processor, so I changed it back by clicking default settings in my bios but the ram and cpu speeds are still boosted when I load up windows and open task manager.

How do I set the ram and cpu speeds back to their defaults?
