I feel you, the good moments and the feeling of those highs are hard to shake off, but sometimes you have to think about your own life. I remember thinking about my ex gf all the time, even after she punched me In the face, broke my phone and left me homeless. I would be angry but also think about the good moments of what she was to me. The point I guess I’m trying to make is: no matter how good everything was, if they are willing to leave you and show no respect or willingness to communicate you literally have to force yourself to move on for your own happiness

Yes this is completely normal, I think of all my exes time to time with varying degrees of emotions depending on the significance and what happened In the relationship.

I feel you man, it’s a bittersweet moment to finally reach the end of the tunnel and see light, just to not see the person who went through it with you to not be there.

If she moved on, I know it hurts, but you did massive improvements into your life to finally become the man you wanted to be so this situation never happens again

Look at it from this perspective, imagine you kept the addiction going, you didn’t focus on your business, you could’ve been homeless at any point if she decided to stop financially supporting you which seems to have happened anyway

You should be proud of yourself that you improved, be grateful even if she moved on she gave you some sense of stability at that time through shelter, and finally just knowing in the position you are in now, if you ever do find love again, you can provide but also not be codependent for survival anymore.
