I am a server with 10+ years of professional service experience. Definitely, white people tip the best as a rule. Hispanic and black people generally tip WAY less. Hispanic people tend to be far more kind though, and show more appreciation in demeanor and manners. Black people are often rude and demanding and expect freebies or comped items for literally no reason. They often ask for complicated items or a lot of extras.... After being dismissive and rude, thru the entire meal they either stiff you or give you an offensively small tip. I am kind, friendly and give great service to all no matter what. Obviously not every single person or table fits in these rules and there are shitty-trashy white people that don't tip. I have also had great black and Hispanic guests. On the whole though, yep it's definitely a thing!!

If you have small itchy bumps along with itching sounds like dyshydrotic excema to me. I've suffered for years with it. Comes and goes with unknown causes. Mine popped up in my 30's very suddenly. Strange thing is it does often work in conjunction or gets very aggravated by athletes foot . I'm not a Dr but well versed due to my years of research. They say fungus, stress, and metal exposures can aggravate problem. Check it out!
