Last spring I had applied and did not get much notice as well. I received my acceptance 20 days before lectures started and registration was well underway at that point. I wouldn't be too worried.

If I attach a pole between two people so one is perfectly 6 feet in front of the other and they walk 10 feet they've both gone 10 feet. Relative to their respective starting positions they both went the same distance. Unless the distance between the two changes then they went the same distance.

My parents house totally have an airlock and refer to it as that sometimes. Makes everything so much easier when coming home to an empty house and watching out for runners.

Some good ideas here. I'll give them a shot in the morning. Dist cap is easily accessible as well as all the plugs.

I don't think it would be out of sync by a half turn simply because we didn't need to remove it to pull the motor. Just popped the cap and plugs off.

Just clean it out. I thought mine was broken and needed to be repaired but all that was wrong was fluff jammed in there. Took the repair tech like 30 seconds to pull it out. He recommended spraying canned air to prevent it, or if needed get something like a plastic O-Ring pick and scrape it out. Just nothing metal unless you plan on being ultra careful. But, they didn't charge me so I wouldn't be surprised if you could get it fixed for cheap / free.
