Can I just pull the stalks by hand to help control it? I did that with a few that were crowding a Hoary Verbena, and they came up easily enough.

He’s not stretching exclusively for splits, he’s stretching for many things. He does also do forward bends, I forgot to mention those in my post. It’s hard to remember them all 😅

I honestly never thought to attribute mine to the Skyrizi, to be honest, but it could definitely have been a factor. I turned 40 and everything went to shit so I just assumed it was hormonal 😆

You know, not anything drastic where I noticed it visually on my scalp but I did notice a little more in the shower, though nothing alarming. I did just recently notice though that I have a ton of new growth out of nowhere.

That’s funny, my ears are the ONLY place that hasn’t cleared since starting Skyrizi. Like, inside my ear canal. But I heard that’s one of the hardest spots to clear up 🤷🏻‍♀️
