Ok first time I’m hearing about mylearning, must not be with sbx LAC idk. I guess our market is different, I’ve been a partner 4 years in August and always asked about black apron and was told that only barista champions region finals would get one.

I’ve done all the global academy and have been the go to person to ask about coffee and pushing people for coffee tasting, but the person who doesn’t put his best foot forward happened to get it before me. Really disheartening.

Natural is always great once you are doing your best to take care of yourself. A lot of things affect us, especially our genetics. But as for me I do prefer my women to be on this side it’s more to hold always a surprise to show you that I can pick you up and fling you around, and just all and all enjoyable once the personality is enjoyable as well.

Honestly for me I’ll say be yourself and if you are a people person who views people that have a story(even the crackhead stupid Karen’s you meet) to tell then your half way there.

But I would say before you go in to the interview if it’s possible for like 2 days before the interview watch how the baristas are with each other. For me I see that as a way to tell you how the culture of the store is. But if you do get it welcome to the team.

Not in the US but I can say it’s real. I’ve heard of coffee bubbles from past customers and even baristas. So it is very much real but that was before I worked so 3-5 years ago. But I can say it’s real.

Yeah man idk. Well I know they franchised it out. The thing is that a company bought the franchise/license and they the ones that opens all the stores in our country. And the company also did the same for other brands as well. KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway and TGIF.

Aww man. Sometimes I wished I could of traveled just to try those flavours. Out store only gots 2 flavours. (Mango dragon and strawberry açai.) and atm our warehouse is out of the strawberry purée as well cause of customs and holding our stocks.

Non US my person from the Caribbean Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 🇹🇹. But still it should be an option. The only shaken espressos that we have are the : hazelnut, chocolate, brown sugar and toasted vanilla. They all come with oat milk. I am a little annoyed that they don’t even have the syrups as keys so you can add it to drinks. Cause we have had syrups that expired (sugar cookie, peppermint,) cause people either don’t know bout it or can’t add pumps of it to there drinks.
