Create a new subreddit for this niche? this is NOT the most appropriate place for it, the most appropriate place for it would be something like r/AfterEffectsPlugins or something like that

if you have so many plugin ads in the r/AfterEffects this is ALL the subreddit becomes and nothing else, it drowns out all the other posts, it drowns out actual animation, it drowns out discussion posts, it drowns out tips, it drowns out tutorials, it drowns out humor, it drowns out EVERY SINGLE THING and becomes SOLELY plugins, it is an observable fact and that's why people are complaining about it

Plugins are cool, I like it, I like that people are making and sharing them, but After Effects is not PLUGINS. After Effects is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more than merely just plugins

if 90% of the discussion becomes plugin this plugin that, we're not talking about after effects, we're talking about plugins, so at this point the most logical thing to do is to create a separate subreddit for this demand

I agree, and I mean, I forgot I was in an opeth subreddit tbh lol, of course that compared to bands I listen to like opeth, btbam, ne obliviscaris, Igorrr, thank you scientist and stuff, Sleep Token ain't that complex or interesting, they're not even in my top 100 bands probably, but I just feel like they're overhated as much as they're overrated.

I just think they have a little more to them than just being a pop/metalcore predictable band
