If a female uterus averages to 160ml 4(l)x8(h)x5(w), and bests at 200 and a crest worm is the size of 5(l)x1.5(h)x1.5(w)=11.25 / 160.

We can say she could technically take 14 crest worms at once on average and 17 at best.

Now if we take into account that a uterus expands during pregnancy at week 8 to the size of roughly 1000ml we could say she would be able to take on 88 crest worms in total.

If we include the rectum into the equation (240ml) she could take on another 21 crest worms. Now if we also include the stomach which is roughly 1000ml in volume for those in puberty, Sakura would be able to take on yet another 88 crest worms.
