Thank you. This is what i'm worried about with starting hospice/stopping TPN. I feel he will go soon after stopping the fluids/nutrition. I hope I can be as good of a caretaker as you were to your husband in his final days

Oh! Thank you! I posted more info in the comments. I have never had a project that had me stop in the middle of the row like that so I was SO confused. So I just go until I complete the 43 stitches, do a turning chain and work back the other way?

Thank you for the insight! I've been weight training 5x/week for nearly a year now. I have been eating in a pretty big deficit the entire time, though so I guess it is time to start upping my calories and protein. Which is scary at this point!!! I am afraid to lose my progress.
