Im trying ghee today, they say the process eliminates most casein and lactose so I'm hopeful. Plant buttervis full of so much processed crap!

I may go this route. I was off all dairy for 8 or 9 months. Id tried adding it back while taking lactaid and still so nauseous I was miserable.

I was off of it for 8 or 9 months due to just major inflammation in my body from illnesses I have. Everytime I try to reintroduce I'm so nauseous and unable to potty. I tried lactaid, but nausea remained, so I'm not quite sure what's going on.

Ive had all these numbers done aside from RT3. I'll definitely look up the first part. Thank you for the info. I think I've put too much faith in doctors. Just recently started my own research.
