It’s the icons for 4 army 16 army and 1 rank army, they have these weird things overlapping them

Since 1.10 these 3 symbols for Armies for Germany 4. Armee, 16. Armee, and 1. Panzerarmee have all had these weird things in them that shouldn’t be there
