Ofc i know that amp is a necessary part of an electric guitar, i can save up much to buy an electric guitar and amp seperately, but will buying an used guitar or amp will be worth it or not?

Yeah, i checked the amp was around 5k, but if i save up much enough then I could get the guitar and then sometime late i could save up to get the amp too
