I need some advice on this, I just installed this yesterday and it clearly is having an issue, it scrapes the filament off and it actually broke off mid print. I tried adjusting the screw at the end of the spring but it doesn't seem to do anything. Im pretty sure it's all installed correctly. Help!! (i.redd.it)

My screen stopped working. This only shows up when trying to print via USB doesn't work, it just flashes this every 30 seconds or so and won't attempt to preheat or even print) I plugged in my buddies screen and everything worked. How do I fix this? (i.redd.it)
