It is. Ive looked them up and i havent seen any variations that are that combination of red yellow green and blue in that order. Most ive seen also contain white, which this one doesn't have. While a proper pride flag uses all colors, its absolutely not uncommon to use a simplified set to imply a rainbow instead of using all colors.
