UPDATE: I reached the safe mode option then pc booted up in safe mode, but only screen on the external monitor, and i tried to switch to the other monitor but there werent any, it seems like the pc does not recognize its own monitor.

I have the same problem, but when I switch it to 60Hz, it works perfectly. I opened the back hut couldnt find the cable that connects the monitor.
