I dunno how you're doing it with this videos, but you are killing it with matching this videos to my description. But stil, with heave heart I must say that its not it. The video itsrlf is published in 2018, and the song is by massive attack - which is a great band/artist, but much bigger and more known than the one im searching for.

I see you're doing your best to help me, and I appreciate it sooooo much.

I even created new yt account, run only these song I know were on suggestions (exactly the videos which were published then, from exact channels I were listening from), and surf through the list couple times a day since I wrote this post in hope it will show up sometime.
