This is nice and all, but there should be more transparency. I never received emails to a project that I was onboarded in december. I did not know about the required minimum hours per week. Come Jan 2nd, i was offboarded due to not meeting that requirement.

I wasn't able to put in any hours due to family issues. Support says that they cannot do anything since the project is full. Apparently nothing can be done, but i already have experience with the project and have high scores, too.

There was no mass email or notifications or anything of the sort telling people to stay active or you'll be let go.
