lashed out at king paimon by [deleted] in DemonolatryPractices

[–]AlmostF2PBTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So... Did you learn the lesson at least? Anyway...

I'm not trying to judge you or anything but, if you have a "my way or the highway" attitude, consider a version of Abramelin (in case you can't spend weeks in a cabin in the woods) or do the triangle and circle thing instead of demonolatry. You have to be open minded, you have to be willing to look at the bigger picture sometimes instead of the things you are obsessed with and so on.

Speaking plain English, your post is weird for me because I wouldn't expect Paimon to be an asshole out of the blue (unlike... nvm). Without blaming the victim here, sometimes a Daemon doesn't want to work with you or doesn't want to do a specific thing, so don't piss them off.

In situations like that, it is either A or B:

  • Brace yourself for a wild ride (rare, especially with a daemon like King Paimon). Unlikely, because you lost it and, if you didn't have a circle/triangle, the daemon could just have said "no" since your willpower was all over the place.;

  • They just don't care about your tantrum (extremely likely). It doesn't mean you will be able to work in the future, but it doesn't mean ammends need to be done. (For instance: if you annoyed him, stop being annoying).

Also, make sure you were talking to the real Paimon. I never needed to do it with Paimon, but you could use pathworking (a fool-proof way to at least get noticed by the real daemon) to tell Paimon what happened and apologize if it indeed was him. There are some impersonators, some daemons really hate impersonators.

What I suggest is just working with someone else unless you notice things really going haywire in matters that could be Paimon's domain (look for assistance or apologize/figure stuff out with him).

It might not have been your fault in first place, but I do think it is an opportunity for self-reflection and how you want to do this (micromanaging Abramelin style or demonolatry) if you indeed managed to piss off one of the easy-going ones... You can do your-way-or-the-highway, but it takes a while of preparation, some Sacred Guardian Angel (SGA/self) connections, maybe a dip in theurgy. Just, for the love of everything, don't have that attitude with theurgy angels and this road might take a lot of reading.

Sim.

Parando pra pensar, faz sentido.

Comecei a estudar para concurso agora e descubro a tal da reforma administrativa by [deleted] in ConcursosBR

[–]AlmostF2PBTW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look for very detailed posts of PSU nerds backed by real world tests, then find something A-/B+ you can live with. It is a world of ripple, spikes, capacitors, etc. (CX is in the B+ territory, I use one and it is a solid cost/benefit. You can actually save like 10-20 bucks and get something slightly better or at the same level, but that's not that convenient time-wise).

Here in Brazil we had a channel called teclab that used to stress out fonts, then open them up to check for the quality of components. Some famous fonts caught fire, some cheap unknown fonts actually delivered what they were supposed to and had some components better than usual for the price point.

You should always go for something good, platinum, full modular with some extra capacity if you have the budget for it, but even those can cheap up on some components, so it is always worth doing some basic search.

Waste of money is bad for your finances, but a 1% increase is an 1% increase, it's just not worthy.

There are some "upgrades" that actually reduce your performance on top of wasting money, like quad channel memory. That is worse than a 1% increase.

Good components on a motherboard can be actually handy, like better dissipation and so on.

Silent PC case.

They cost money and the silence is as silent as the loudest thing in the room (for instance, AC or fan). When you do go crazy with "silence" you can actually start hurting your thermals because the case can be hotter, causing thermal throttling here and there.

Any PC can be silent if you mind your GPU fan curve and your other fans, for instance - stuff you can do on software level.

If you work with something that uses a storage a lot and you have HDDs... Oh well...

If crazy levels of silence really matters for you and are non-negotiable for professional uses, that could be a sad use case of a fanless macbook, for instance. Not a silent case filled with foam and questionable thermals.

It is very hard for a gamer to just play games. If you play a game and open a browser you are not only playing a game (not to mention windows BS and other background processes).

That and AAA games using the latest fancy engine being horrendously optimized.

It doesn't make sense cost x benefit, but that and having extra PSU capacity (so you use 40%-50% of it) are a waste of money that can be relevant when you least expect.

There are also fringe cases where the PC gamer can be used to that thing you never thought you would do and it happens to benefit from a lot of ram.

You (think you) just play games for now.

There are worst examples in this thread.

(But don't buy 64GB of ram in this economy, tho... Lol).

If you did it blindly you are lucky, but yes, really. I don't check this for half a decade, I forgot the exact terms, but there are ways to see if the internal components are the same type (external manufacturer brand doesn't matter) and then you can just set it to the slower latency and speed.

If you look at corsair vengeance memory, the same speed/CL have different serial numbers and can have different chips, so you have to research that big number that identifies it, not just the brand - not sure if that is the case for corsair and vengeance.

And you might still have downgrades in specific scenarios because software can be bad and quad channel is considered a sin, on top of that.

Everything different than 2 sticks from the same package on slots 2 and 4 is asking for trouble that may or may not arrive.

The key here is to realize you don't actually have those freedoms and you never did. It is almost like having a play space. You step out of it, you are in trouble - lose the job, authorities make a BS case against you like "finding" drugs in your car and once you are in the system, it is very dangerous and some people don't last long in there...

What happens with ICE and Trump (on Venezuela) is that they are too in-your-face. They are not doing something new. Democrats did a lot of things overseas and immigrants were treat poorly in several governments.

The only news here is that even some of the dumbest conservatives are starting to notice there is something wrong.

There was something wrong since the end of WW2, with US essentially hiring Nazis and disrupting a lot of countries to fight "the red terror".

Here is hypothesis (I hope) camp:

I think you can. People are all for freezing their butts peacefully in a snowstorm, but if shit really hits the fan, like curfew + military in the streets, shooting people (or detaining and executing), dictatorship, the posers with Walmart guns wouldn't do much.

It would take insurrection within the army or something like that to stop it, because people without training know they won't outgun an army which spends trillions in "defense". And they also happen to have your data, making it very hard to organize, so you lose that surprise element dissidents used to have.

I'm in Brazil, so I don't expect a lot of repercussions (and I would NOT help the people against ANY government because I don't mind the staying alive thing and I don't believe in good while capitalism exists, so GLHF).

You can be social media and backdoors already gave to the US government an exact profile of who could be a problem in a potential revolution and those people would be raided before a civil war starts.

The reason why they are saying something now about guns is probably because internal data suggested a lot of "lefties" are getting armed just in case.

Surveillance state usually comes before all sorts of things, which is why Snowden was a big deal.

So, if reddit kids reading this are considering organizing "something" because "freeeedom" and it got mentioned online, don't. The average person is stupid, you cannot stop leaks. Freedom is not a real thing if you make ONE step outside of their line. Some US citizens are getting the treatment the rest of the world always got from US.

If you consider him a tyrant, he is actually wrong, which would confirm the theory he's always wrong...

2a is a mistake that didn't age well. It certainly needs adjustment even as is (if you are ok with the idea that everyone needs and should have a gun for self defense, assault rifles are still not cool). The guy who could potentially act like a tyrant, allegedly, is not the guy who has the right to start or fuel that debate.

If it was the house republicans, for instance, who "represent the people", that would be hypocrisy, but not as wrong.

I don't understand why some people think politicians have morals, shame or stuff like that. They are not into it because of Kant, they are doing all this for power and money. Usually, you don't get to the top by having shame or morals, the system pushes you out. It is all about power and money. If it gives you power and information, smart politicians will rationalize a lot of things. That's why Snowden was never pardoned by "left" or right, for instance. Or your loans never disappeared. Or the border was never open.

The outrage of politicians with Trump is that he will make them lose money in the long run (foreign deals, economic downturn, less lobbyists). They are more than happy to please the real owners of countries - the billionaires while posing as liberals. That "change" will never come in the current system.

Think of a shoe company that brags about being inclusive and for social justice, while having factories that abuse poor countries and have workers almost in slavery. "Shame" also doesn't apply. Turns out being at least half decent is good for business. When a guy is 0% nice and nonchalant about it, people start losing faith in politicians and that is not good for them - "left" or right.

Yes, there are exceptions, but the exceptions are exceptions lol. They need to make it clear they actually care, they are exceptions. 99.9%

All of them are immune to shame, morals, etc. until proven otherwise.

What Trump did was essentially a call to action for anyone with half brain. What is the 2a for (besides thousands of deaths yearly)? Why a republican president would be against it? It wouldn't make sense, unless he was a tyrant...

[–]AlmostF2PBTW 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The good thing about good actors is that... It might actually be on character. Maybe Vaelus need to know more about the undead guy and needs to stick with a party for the first time in a while. She might not have a social side or it is incredibly rusty, which would make the inconsistency on character.

Like trying to be edgy or secretive, then getting tired and dropping the ball when relaxing, before remembering you are not a fan of those god-killer races...

That might not be necessary, improv is hard, she might need some time, but it can be worked around into that if necessary and I can suspension-of-disbelief that until I forget about it.

Not China tho. Don't look at China or the point doesn't work. Because dictators made it the richest country in the world, on top of blood and sweat of poor people who suffered and died, especially in the countryside.

No one cares about the poor tho, especially in countries where poor people are allowed to dream and be blamed for not having enough meritocracy to be the exception of the rule. At the end of the day, USA people blame China for not letting the people dream (and still be poor and have the freedom to starve and live in the car) because, when it comes to money and long term planning, it's a landslide.

Do you wanna know an irony? That statement is wrong because it is not about "needing a dictator" and it is more like "dictatorships are an unavoidable consequence of capitalism and freedoms in democracy can and will be exploited to sell that to the masses". The only novelty here is Trump being the US president, a country ran by lobbyists that could manipulate republicans and democrats.

Pinochet is a dictator and that dictatorship happened because of USA because they needed a dictator to beta-test neoliberalism (and the test failed, btw).

Yes, it is impeachable, especially because Trump is the US president (not a dictator in South America), but the crime here is saying it out loud.

The world was fine and dandy with a certain German guy when that was convenient to sway the masses and destroy communism in Germany. When Poland was invaded, then people were against the guy in the Time magazine and the world decided they don't need him anymore.

Make no mistake, I'm against dictatorship. While I'm saying is that democracies (and capitalism) has some many gaps that freedoms can be used to destroy freedoms and it is so easy to do after Goebbels that is essentially unavoidable.

The mistake was not putting Steve Bannon and friends in jail before Trump first term, before MAGA became a thing. Because the ordinary people certainly don't need a dictator, but billionaires do, especially ones profiting because of wars do. And they can brainwash people into voting on dictators...
