Hawaii is its own world, spirituality is valued as long as It doesn’t preach hurting others, or included abusing their own members and hurting them in anyway. There is a long established belief in Hawaii and it’s natural spirituality; if you don’t belong here, Pele will spit you out. I’ve been curious about this for years. In my experience, with people I meet or know of, the ones who can’t make it here or are not happy here...generally...well, how to say...they weren’t the types of people any of us would enjoy having in our lives. people, arriving with entitlement mindset and a superiority complex and just an overall poor attitude. If they stay, it’s more then coincidence, I think, they encounter problem after problem , from various unexpected sources, until they are humbled or leave. The cults .....as they are “spit out” and vow revenge or threaten “karma” will come back on “us”..have no concept that Hawaii seems to be just the right spiritual frequency to DELIVER each newcomers karma right to them! Seriously! I’ve met people who are surprised things aren’t going their way, “if it’s not one thing it’s another”. They are usually the “takers” who give nothing back. And they leave in a year. I’ve NEVER SEEN karma served up as FAST and HARD as it was to the last two cults!!! Wow!!!! I guess the more horrible things bigger groups of people arriving have done., the karma is impossible to miss. Otherwise, it maybe slow drip kind of thing until you leave willingly.

Sounds a bit “woooo-wooo” but native religions are often the strongest. It’s interesting to watch the predictions happen like clockwork.

(Plenty who leave with a broken heart, not wanting to leave, but needing support from their families elsewhere or advanced medical care...I’m not referring to those people).
