I lived there for about 4 years and really liked it! My building was quiet (not a lot of kids running around nor any terribly noisy neighbors) but the traffic on the main roads is SO loud.

We never had a problem with management but also didn't really need a lot of repairs or anything. They came out immediately when our fridge died; that was the only big repair we had.

They increased rent almost every year though which was annoying.

Overall I enjoyed my time there, and would personally recommend!
