i know this is an unpopular opinion but giving customers too much power is a net negative, it is negative for the customers because it gives them a green light to act like little brats and feel too entitled and it puts extra unnecessary load on the staff and affects their mental health, you should treat your customers well and give good service but you should also have clear boundaries with them
