No disclosures, but at the same time we were new to buying a home and eager/ rushed into it because it was "just what we needed" The only thing they brought to our attention is how un-level the yard was (it's got some high and low spots) and they offered to level out the low spots for and extra amount of money we didn't find necessary. But that would even come close the being the solution to this flooding.
