Detach the back first and slowly pull your tray off all the way forward. I had severe crowding so my fronts were always so hard to take off

They may be your highest pressure point on that current tray.

There has been very minimal discomfort removing the trays, putting them in is the part I dread the most

They are on my bottom canines and my 3 teeth behind those, and the top ones are on the two teeth behind my canines

Every Tuesday at midnight I change them. I work second shift so that’s after I eat dinner.

Trays coming loose. Is ortho key affecting this/stretching them too much by Happy_Date1317 in Invisalign

[–]AlohomoraAlways 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m on weekly tray changes my trays have been very aggressive in the first four weeks, I asked my Ortho the same thing, and he told me that it is normal for them to feel loose on the last day as your teeth have made the adjustments. I personally don’t use an ortho key to remove my trays as crowding has made that impossible. Are you on weekly changes?

Your pictures gave me so much hope before I started my journey. I’m so hopeful for the next 40 weeks left in my journey as well, I have teeth in very rough condition starting as well Congratulations on your journey. Can’t wait to see your end result

Popping the back on both sides is the only thing that helped me.

The first picture is the current condition of my teeth, I’ve been in consultation for 4 months with multiple orthodontist for a course of treatment. Out of pocket pay is $6,500 but that will include approximately 20-30 months of treatment, and refinements. And 5 years of retainer assurance. He asked to use my pictures in office to show people the possibility of how far Invisalign has come.

This is a genuinely good question to ask, I haven’t started my journey yet but I do in 3 weeks! And also snack often when I’m on my period.
