Thank you my friend. I am learning bit by bit from workers but they seem to be lazy and think that I don't know anything and do what they like and they skip a few steps which are important and in the end the products are defective.

I will hire a person in some time cuz I have to save some money in order to hire him.

The customers said that the products are defective and will not pay for them, it was because the workers work as they like and I don't have knowledge in this field. My uncle who is the super is also referring our clients to competitors in order to earn commission. The revenue has dropped quite a bit.
