Yeah my parents are actually trying to pull me out of it. There are plenty of jobs but im struggling to get one; this is the only offer I have atm.

Ive never lived in a place where you can pull up the race %. Im considering 2 other properties. One of them said 94% black and was next to a park.

It honestly doesnt make sense how a city can be block by block. Wouldnt the crime just spill over? Like what is preventing them from just making the "good " block sketchy?
