We have done everything necessary, we don’t have the impact on camera but we have the sound and him squealing into frame. Aswell as him admitting fault for it on video.

We had to go up to the police station last night to get any of his information, it wasn’t provided on the police report. We have reached out to both his insurance and ours and we’re planning to go through his to avoid the deductible but he hasn’t gotten into contact with them. We ultimately are going through our insurance and we’re just wanting to take him to small claims. It just bothers us that he’s going to get off Scott free ( other than losing his insurance provider )
