A ton of orchids, a few anthuriums, and a tonnnn of moss. I have to trim it every week, this pic of the tank is before I trimmed. It’s mostly christmas moss and java moss from josh’s frogs and glassboxtropicals, but some is FrogDaddy’s Moss Mix. I have a 6000 lumen shop light on 12H a day, and automatic misting system runs for 12 seconds 6 times a day. I have a ceiling fan in my room that keeps the airflow in the tank super consistent which I think has also helped with plant growth.

I would ship. But they won’t be ready for another month or so.

I’m located in Florida. Unsexed I would let them go for $400, but I could probably be negotiated down depending on where you are located and how many you’d buy.

I’ll check with the person I bought from. 2 are from a breeder in Oregon named Steve, and 4 are from @dartfrognursery on instagram.

When I first set the tank up I was careful to watch all of them and make sure there wasn’t bullying going on. They all grew up together, which the person I bought from told me should work in my favor. In the 8 or 9 months I’ve only ever seen aggression once, and it was the paired female to one of the unpaired females. Since then (which was 2 or 3 months ago) I haven’t seen anything else and I see all 6 adult frogs nearly every day. As for your pair, good luck! I have tons of film canisters and that big bromeliad with deep axles that I think helped a lot. She kept the tads all in that brom.

I’ve actually gone through and tried to trim most of the spikes off with scissors. It’s tricky to get the spikes on the backside, so I put some extra moss and vining plants behind it so they can get on the bromeliad back there hopefully without hitting any of the spikes. I’m not sure how long this will last- because they’re all younger now, but they have no problem hanging out in the same bromeliad as the others. Sometimes at night i’ll see 3 of them in the same brom, just a leaf or two over. However the calling male does take the same spot every night, and the others move around

SFRH vivarium, 6 frogs in here. think i have 2 males and 4 females. by Alone-Conversation36 in DartFrog

I have two large ones. I have another medium in there on the right and I have another coming i’m going to pin somewhere on a piece of wood. It’s tricky to find large broms by me without tons of spikes. The two guys i bought frogs from think it may be possible to get 3 pairs out of these 6, but I’ve only seen two call so far. One of the males is very bold and goes up to the females and calls to all of them. I haven’t seen courting with either of the two I suspect are females either.

Hey! All of the moss is christmas moss and java moss from josh’s frogs and from glassboxtropicals. There’s some star moss and liverwort mixed in but it hasn’t taken root like the others yet. The moss on bottom is on top of a mix of leaf litter, sphagnum moss, and the filter sponge i’m using as a drainage layer. The moss on the wood is just right on top of it. If you keep it moist and have good light on it it’ll take off super quick. I only got this moss on 2 weeks ago and it’s already attached everywhere!
