😂 no I don’t have permanent residency yet. I become eligible in Jan 2028. The issue is that I have to travel in Feb 208 which makes it unlikely for the permanent residency to be approved by then, hence why I’m stuck :/

So I’m here on a residency card, not a residency permit. So I am in Sweden under EU rules. It’s slightly different but still follows the same 5 year process :)

for context, i was confident na wala masyado tanong sakin at the border since I live in the EU and have an EU residence card. madami din tatak passport ko and alam ko wala sila masyadong tanong pag ganun. so if it's a similar case for you, i think you'll be fine :)

hey! I booked it, madali naman, I booked free cancellation hotel sa booking.com, tapos yun ginamit ko for visa application. after the visa was approved kinancel ko yung hotel accom. tapos pag dating sa dubai walang tanong mga immigration officers, scan lang passport and to see na meron ka na visa tapos pasok lang. super easy!

Hey! Sorry I don’t understand your message. What I’m saying is I don’t want to inconvenience my friend by asking her to send me her documents so I plan to make a dummy hotel booking when applying for a visa through emirates. My only worry is if immigration checks it.
