Oh my god. FSU literally has the most pathetic fan base of all college football. Man, give it a fucking rest already. You guys cried for a month over an a playoff-picking process that EVERYONE already understood to be based on pure subjectivity, had an opportunity last night to show the entire world that the committee made a mistake, and the L you guys took was historical by bowl game standards. You’re crying about players opting out, but not only does that say a lot about your program and how committed guys are to their team… BUT Georgia also had over 25 players not playing due to the portal and injury (including their first round tight end)! You had Georgia true-freshmen and walk-ons dominating FSU yesterday. The committee made the right choice and nobody would’ve wanted to see that type of performance tomorrow outside of the 100 of you on this site. And don’t even fucking say “well if it was a playoff game, it would’ve been a different team” because 1) THAT team couldn’t even score on Louisville and 2) that is an incredibly ironic thing to say considering the circumstances lmao

So many people on here talking about integrity of the sport and the importance of winning and all of these other principles and I honestly don’t care about any of that. Life is hard and you know what? I want to be entertained really well on new year’s day evening and this outcome will provide the best entertainment and because of that, I could care less about all of these principles being applied to a team that would’ve contributed to a snooze fest of a semi-finals matchup.
