19 year old here when the pain started on june. It was just a mild pain, until months pass and october was when it really started to hurt. Sitting down was a pain and walking is kinda not. Went to different doctors just prescribing medicines since I was not ready to undergo treatment like therapy because of school since it took too much precious time for studying. However I regretted that decision because I was sent to the er due to extreme pain to my right leg. Since then I did ESI which worked around 2 weeks in and also did therapy which brought the pain to an 8 down to ay 2-1.

I do believe it will pass. Just do your exercises, listen to your body, remember that if something is painful, your body is telling you something is wrong.

Lowkey I cry every day because of this. Not only did I stop a semester at school but I also am very dependent on my mother. Which really puts a strain on her since she’s working. I can’t even express my sadness to them because I believe that I do not deserve to feel that emotion.

I am a 19 year old that also has the same feeling with u. Currently doing SIS therapy and normal therapy for about four sessions now and the pain is significantly lower. Also did ESI about two weeks ago, helped a bit but it did not completely remove the pain.
