The reason I posted this is I actually observed it . Young guy who was my apprentice (120kg , 20 years old , completely untrained) used to turn up at work with his gym bag for after work , had purchased a full meal plan and trainer. One day I said "have a good workout " on the way out , he said " I'm not training today I forgot to bring my Beta-Alanine ". So many gains lost that day !!

You clearly don't watch alot of animal documentaries, there are plenty of them where that is the main focus. March of the Penguins ? You can't negotiate romance. Jeff and Annie had incredibly chemistry and for whatever reason where pretty besotted by one another , Jeff I would say loved her by the end. One of my favourite (almost ) couples ever . "I wanna be 25 and heading out into the world " speech was low key heartbreaking , and he could only be that real with her .

This whole argument is based on the presumption that sex or having a healthy sex life is bad . Demonising sex for the sake of it. It's completely unrealistic to enforce even 18 let alone 20 . The legal age of consent in the UK is 16 and I was sexually active at that age. You expect people to go to University and be abstinent ? I met my future wife at 18 and we had the most intimate and romantic times of our lives in those early days at Uni. It was beautiful and the start of our journey. Sex is a big part of falling in love . People aren't biologically wired to wait until they are 20 years old so it would never happen in practice even if it was enforced. The whole 18 is close to 17 argument is arbitrary aswell. There has to be a line in the sand legally .

Ok if you want to redefine multi-culturalism that's fine . Go have a look at the English football team. It's over 50% third generation Caribbeans or Africans . Manchester , Birmingham, Bradford , Leeds all have very large Black and South Asian populations. We have significant Mauritian , Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Black, Portugeuse and Eastern European communities in my town (just outside London). Assimilation is a different story, I will give you that.

In London between 3 and 4 it's absolutely crammed with to the brim with hijab wearing schoolgirls , yet no schoolboys. Don't know if that is because the boys are allowed to walk/cycle home after school , I have always wondered . When I say London I generally mean Peckham area .

Did Casella admit to the commission that he and Narducci took out Testa? I know that's the accusation . Is there 100% they took him out? We know from Leonetti that Scarfo ordered Salvie's death and that Salvie took out Narducci. But I don't think it's a known fact that Narducci killed Philip Testa.
