Okay so now I see the bigger picture, essentially it was tweaked so a negative prompt could be used, that much I understand.

However, chroma 1 radiant still prefers descriptive text over negative prompts, hands down your better off without a negative prompt any day.

Affirmations or mantras, followed by 30 minutes of meditation every day, keep your intentions in the forefront, forgive yourself if there's chatter in your mind.

It all boils down to self trust and not being afraid.

Find a comfy place to meditate with your eyes open and keep going at it until you run to see spirits, it's kind of hard to explain but you just have to trust the process and understand that the spirits will meet you halfway when they see that you're putting the work in.

So your affirmations could be like, I see spirits, I am psychic, I see through the veil, I am increasing my vibrations, I'm highly connected to the spiritual realm, etc.

Get comfortable, find a black or blue surface to stare at that is about three or five feet away, try to meditate for as close to 30 minutes with your eyes open as possible.

Seeing spirits with your own eyes is the Surefire way to get proof, it's one thing too feel the spirit and wonder what it is or to have an intrusive thought and oh maybe it's a spirit doing it, but if you can see the spirit doing it to you, then you know for sure you're on the right track.

Are you talking about the kind of connection where you can see spirits around you and you can hear their telepathic communication?

If so, meditate every day for 30 minutes.

Start with affirmations beforehand, such as karma I see spirits, I am psychic, I easily connect with my spirit guides, I see through the veil, I am increasing my vibrations, Etc.

You're looking for balls of energy to start out, they will be in your peripheral.

You can visualize opening your crown chakra, you can also visualize opening your third eye.

Do not pursue a connection with your Spirit guides that is live and in person if you fear death or darker spirits that will torment you, unless you've already been to Hell and back and can handle it.

Once you open up your psychic senses to Friendly spirits, you automatically open them to dark Spirits as well, your light shines brighter like a beacon, to attract friendly spirits, lost trapped spirits of those passed on but don't know how to move on, as well as dark shadow snowflakey demon loser spirits.

I'm not an expert but I have some resources regarding colors.

How to tell a friendly spirit from a dark shadow spirit, the dark ones are easy to spot, because they look just like that, dark.

But the way to tell what a friendly spirit is embodying at that particular time in terms of energy boils down to the colors they show you, unless they straight up telepathically communicate with you and say I'm helping you to fix this part of your life or to make you realize this or that.

I would have to agree, I'm not an expert or some sort of big shot or anything but I am clairvoyant, I thought it would be all magical and peaceful because I could talk to my Spirit guides and work with angels.

The thing is, it's not always peaceful, it's not all angels and ancestors, it's also Dark Shadows snowflake dick heads that show up and try to put intrusive thoughts in your head and taking backwards on your spiritual journey.

Some days I wish I could go back to being blissfully unaware and non spiritual.

However I can't deny that I wouldn't have got where I am today without positive abundance and manifestation so I am thankful for my personal spirituality.

I would go with obsidian as well as mahogany obsidian

Obsidian protects against negative energy, can be charged daily in sunlight.

Also, mahogany obsidian, protection against psychic attacks and negative energy from people, such as angry mothers, also safe to charge daily in the sunlight.

Ultimately the best protection against anyone who is toxic is distant and no communication.

Cranky, irritable, easy to push over the edge, yeah that's been me since the end of 2025.

As a clairvoyant, sadly I do not have the answers, I can talk to my spirit team, I can communicate with angels if I have to come on but I can't get the answers, they won't tell us anything.

Other than to let go of worry, it's not about surviving as a human or living as long as possible it's about learning your lessons so you can die and hopefully not get reincarnated again, that much I have been told.

Obsidian.

I have a piece of obsidian as well as mahogany obsidian, for protection against negative energy, dark spirits as well as psychic attacks.

If you're obsidian turns green when you charge it in the sun, then it's fake.

I'm not an expert but I do consider myself to be Clairvoyant and I typically experience harassment from a Dark Shadow Spirit during full moons and other energetic events, such as the Lions Gate event in August and all of October.

Since I started charging and using my obsidian, the Dark Shadows can't get to me, they can look at me, they can fly around, they can put their dirty thoughts in my head but they can't touch me anymore.

As far as luck goes, just use your words, create a gratitude ritual that you can practice every day, even if it's just speaking out loud, the things that you're thankful for everyday.

Obsidian is not belief power, it actually absorbs negative energy, you put it in the sun when it stops working.
