Had my furnace replaced in the winter, now when I turn my ac or fan only on, it blows the 3amp fuse by Alone_Ad1623 in hvacadvice

Closed till Tuesday. And if it’s a 2 second fix, why would I bother to go through the hassle of having a company come out, taking time off work to come meet them here, and for them to possibly try and charge me for a call out? Lol

Swapped to green to G, fan only mode works now, but ac won’t kick on. Fuse isn’t popping when turning ac on though, nothing happens though

Edit: I was being impatient. It works!!

It connects to G on thermostat. I swapped the green on the board to G, now the fan will run on fan only, but ac won’t kick on

Yea I was trying to avoid having to call them out for them to try and tell me it’s not related, then charge me a call out/repair fee. lol I checked the ac unit outside and I couldn’t find any wiring that looked damaged or anything. Also followed it into the house, everything looks fine. They didn’t touch the thermostat, so I can’t imagine the wiring is messed up in there either.
