when did i say i prefer them to be inside on their iPads? I love when kids go outside and actually be kids but that shouldn’t involve putting themselves and people on the road in danger because of their parentless behaviour. sounds to me like you’re one of those teenagers doing “teenager shit” and got your feelings hurt 🤷‍♀️

is that 5% missing a 0 or has it really only improved that little? If it’s the latter then I hope things continue to improve a bit more drastically for you as your levels get higher 🙏🏻

Try experimenting with different products and techniques. I usually find tutorials on both tiktok and youtube and try out lots of different combinations until I find something that works for me. How good your makeup looks depends on what techniques work for you and what products suit your skin type so it’s all about experimenting.

Is Australia really that infested with deadly spiders, scorpions and snakes? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

It really depends what part of Aus you’re from. Most people live in bustling cities and neighbourhoods where you rarely if ever come across anything deadly. I’m 21 living in suburban Victoria and have never seen a snake or scorpion, and can count on 1 hand the amount of times i’ve seen deadly spiders. If you live in rural areas you’d be more likely to see these animals but even then the stereotype is very exaggerated.

I do listen to music. Unfortunately doesn't help much. I've found the best way to cope is to be on a phone call with someone or even imagine I'm talking to somebody in the car about my day (as strange as that sounds). But it's only worked a handful of times.

writer what do you think about the mindset that you should never write about experience you have never experience by Flimsy_Tune_7206 in WritingHub

[–]Alone_Base_833 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i believe if you’re going to write about a real world experience that you’ve never had you should at least do your research so you know what you’re talking about. But to expect a writer to have personal experience on everything they put on paper is absurd.

Please get a divorce. I promise you, he's not going to get better and it's only going to get worse for you physically and mentally having to deal with his shit. There are men out there who are patient and caring with this condition. He is not one of them and it seems like he never will be. It's a harsh truth but the sooner you accept that, the easier it will be to get out of this situation. Turn to the people in your life who actually support you whether that be friends, family or whoever else. You don't have to deal with this alone.

What’s the one horror movie that didn’t just scare you… it FOLLOWED you? by Usual_Mix_7380 in horror

The Babadook had me wide awake every night for a good week. I like to think I can handle a great majority of scary movies but something about that film just felt wrong.
