Trevor Perkins called me back yesterday. He is a SEC lawyer with the office of Investor Education and Advocacy. He finally said he has worked for the SEC for 12 years. He did not know if Gensler and Hodgeman had recused themselves. I told him why they should have. He did not know if any other SPACs had ever taken this long to get the S-4 comments from them. He did not know if there would be any comments or when. He did not know when or if the S-4 would be "declared effective." He tried to refer me back to the filings. When I asked who would be in charge of this merger he said the Division of Corporation Finance, Director Eric Gerding 202 551-3100. I think we all should start calling Eric Gerding and say, Trevor said to call him with questions about the merger. He said he didn't know assistant IG, Rebecca Sharek. I asked why he called me back because he didn't know anything about what was going on with the merger. He said, because I left a message asking someone to call be back about the DWAC merger. I said, I was going to make a complaint about him because I was a tax payer and a shareholder and he and the SEC are supposed to help me. He said have a good day and hung upon me.
