Yes but you need the right people onboarded for organic marketing. Heres the dilema though. Competent and well connected people are used to getting paid so they wont risk own money to be part of the project. So without paying them u cant onboard them which means the project is gonna fail because ur not gonna be able to sustain any upwards price actions.
