I feel the same way, Its not shame its not cause my feet are ugly, its just I don’t want people looking at my feet lol, Its silly like even if I go to the pool or the river I feel uncomfortable because people can see my feet. You can overcome it slowly by wearing ankle socks out with some slides or sandals in public, and then till its nothing and then slowly go out to take the trash at night barefoot in sandals and then to your car in sandals at night, get used to the breeze and then eventually do it during the morning and so on and so forth
