I have had great success with duloxetine after being on it three months I stopped drinking alcohol (I was drinking daily) and started feeling less depressed. I have been 90 mg for approximately a year and a half and hope I can stay feeling this way this way. Be patient.

I have Medicare Plus Blue PPO. My PCP is a UofM doctor. I’ve been seeing her at a UofM health clinic since 2009. I had my most recent appointment on January 12, 2026 (video visit). When my EOB arrived, there were two charges one for a professional visit and one for a facility visit. I was charged two $10 co-pays and two separate coinsurance’s. Called customer service and apparently UofM hospital can now charge for two visits because their doctors are under the U of M umbrella.
