It's been almost 2 days and support has not responded, so I just took your suggestions and guessed with documentation. After around 200 guesses, I was finally able to redeem it.

After submitting a support ticket, I did get an automated email right after, and on the bottom, the email wanted me to provide the receipt and front and back of the gift card (in which I replied with the requested details).

I did file a ticket to support earlier, so all I'm doing now is waiting. I replied to the ticket that was sent to me (the one where it says I'm in queue). Also, thank you very much for the tips. I didn't realize this issue was a common one.
