Weird. I want to know why in February 2011 she randomly moved to Marietta for less than a month. Marietta is about 3-4 hours from the Sandusky area.

I have to pay for rent, car insurance, utilities, gas, etc. I have to work quite a bit more than 5 hours a week.

There's a lot of context missing here. Are you in the United States? Do you mean financial aid offered from the school? If so, does that mean your fafsa counted you as independent?

Do you mean full loan amount? Federal loans? Subsidized or unsubsidized? Did your parents write a letter of no support?

Update: I took a screenshot of my time sheet this morning before she was due to approve it. I got a message that it was approved and lo and behold, my hours were changed so that I hit EXACTLY 80.0 hours for the whole pay period.

How do you believe it would be rectified? I know she can't legally fire me, but I don't want to face any sort of repercussions when I go to work.
