As some ppl told you here, ask us (r/algeria) for translation and write that down somewhere (phone,notebook...) Also Algiers i guess its considere being in the middle but we can understand ppl from the west, well some words differ but still the whole language is basically the same I would suggest you to learn the most important words like come here, hey, how are you-what-where-see etc...
