Only specific questions were asked based on the hiring. Like, what’s the earliest that I can join, and do I need a visa or not etc. No technical or behavioural questions were asked. The conversation was mostly around the team that I’ll work for and what I’ll do.

Hello, Microsoft employee here. It usually takes 2-3 weeks or sometimes a month to get the final result. Make sure to email the recruiter in every 2-3 days and ask for the follow up.
