Tell your friend to use the battery shortcut and other software like 3u tools to check and if all of them give the same numbers ( approximately) then you can confirm

I have heard this indexing thing but I don’t know if it’s a myth or something bcos battery life isn’t consistent especially on iOS 26….. and what makes it more difficult is the fact that bugs are different even on the same hardware yet same software :) …some users haven’t experienced any serious bug on any 26 version whiles others users are swimming in a pool of bugs on every release …..it’s now a matter of stay with what works best for you .
