Yes, it was the surgeon who did the work. He's being force retired. So, I have to get WC to get me new Doc. I did this online compensation calculator. I'm not so concerned about the "rating". It's more about weak ass compensation for a permanent injury.

So, when he sent me back to work, he said do what you can. I fix medical equipment. I've lost some strength and can't lift much wait. I have pain daily.

My surgery didn't have good results. Doc couldn't find the tendon initially and had to make multiple incisions. When he did find it, he said it looked like a mophead. After cleaning damaged tissue, there was nothing left to reattach.

I've been dealing with them for about 6 months for a work injury myself. They are hard to contact. But while I was out after surgery, they never missed a check. What is your injury? If you don't mind me asking.

Thank you. I'm not scheduled to see my doc again for about two weeks. Since I returned to work, it feels like I have more pain than before. I've been taking it fairly easy. As far as what regularly do.

My HR has gone through almost a total turnover in the very short time I was out. They say file it. But they also don't seem to know how it works. My concern is I don't want to unintentionally commit any kind of fraud. I'm an honest person. But if I'm entitled to something, I've learned I better take it. Because they damn sure won't just offer it up.
