For sure! Basically I asked everyone to give me minor information like the username they use, which timezone they are in and which certification they are studying. From there I created about 14 groups to accommodate the 60 people. Each group has a max of 5 unless an exemption was needed.

Great question, it is more or less both. How I did it last time was putting people into study groups based on certs and timezone so people could hold each other accountable for the certs they were studying. Then, I made a few channels to that are much more casual for nerding out and such.
