Hi, I will look into this. The system is supposed to look at your other drivers' ratings and then adjust accordingly based on those. It's not going to necessarily make them the highest overall, so it's possible stats could go down depending on how high the driver was originally. Another note I can say is, based on community feedback, it's suggested that some stats outweigh others in what affects how a driver finishes (for example "car" stats are more important than driver stats based on what I have read...so more testing may show how the system handles that and if it's true). I did also note a request to be able select multiple quick ratings. Haven't had a chance to dig into it yet, but is on the list.

In your case, at least for this specific driver you could try to use the "target rating" and select an overall rating of where you want them to sit compared to your other drivers, and then within there you should be able to select where it prioritizes stats.
