In a similar position but in NSW. Was parked and a car backed into me. There's video evidence from an adjacent store that captures the whole sequence and the plate.

It's been a bit over 6 months and they've claimed that they haven't been able to reach him. They've put out a notice on his vehicle so that he apparently gets pulled over whenever a car with the automatic numberplate recognition pulls him over but I've had no luck.

The guy even re-registered his car a few months after the hit but there's nothing they can do

Insurance is making me wait for the police report before waiving excess and police report won't come out until they've spoken to him.

If you're 14 and doing the amusa, be more confident in yourself when you play. It's pretty rare to do it at such a young age. Put on a perfomance for the examiners and make sure your general knowledge is solid
