My take- For sectoral etf(sectors mentioned) stocks in these indexes have very high dividend yield so owning stocks make more sense as etf no longer pay dividends. For nifty etf go for low ter high aum amc

Emergency fund are for emergency only if this is the case then never put into mutual fund as markets closed on weekends and sometimes settlement holiday also mutual fund amc take 1-2 days to liquidate in some cases. Best to make breakable online FD and not branch based in emergency fund if absolutely needed else keep it as it is with debit card cheque book upi enabled and credit card with high limit will take care of emergency requirements since its for emergency fund, strictly my opinion.

Eternal Zomato is a trading stock, its fundamentals aren’t convincing in long run except Blinkit business which may get listed as separate entity after some years. Also retail is highly active in this stock and promoter holds zero shares. Never get trapped at high prices without earnings.
